Email and chat support is provided with the Free pricing tariff, the availability of which is not guaranteed.

From the Basic pricing tariff, the customer has guaranteed email and chat support, the working hours of which are on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm and the maximum response time is 24 hours (3 business days). The subject of the support is primarily the resolution of errors and failures. If the customer needs help with setting up Tabidoo according to their needs (creating applications, tables, scripting, etc.), it is possible to use paid support at an hourly rate of CZK 1500.

If a customer wants guaranteed support with a better response time, they can use our paid SLA support.

That can happen too. However, the Tabidoo site is a very flexible system. Send us your application requirements and we will be happy to compile it for you. We always solve additional requirements individually at the customer's request. We always find a solution for everyone.

Yes, our system is ready to process millions of records. It is possible to reserve a dedicated server in our cloud or we can transfer the entire Tabidoo system to your company's network. Do not hesitate to contact us.

First of all, let's say that shutting down the Tabidoo website is complete nonsense. It is a successful platform with many customers and a stable base. It's our only product and we're fully focused on it.

And therefore we can state the following. If we stop providing the Tabidoo service for any reason, we will publish all source code and installation guides as open source. We will provide you with the option to download your data.
