We participated in the HR Know How 2024 Conference

The HR Know How 2024 Conference took place on Thursday 16 May 2024, which aimed to connect five generations with digitalisation and artificial intelligence. In addition to lectures by leading figures in the world of digital development, the day-long programme was complemented by interactive workshops, one of which was a workshop by Ondřej Pospíšil from Tabidoo, who showed how to effectively manage recruitment processes across generations in small, medium and large companies.

How is the digital revolution affecting the work environment?

Under the roof of the Grandior Hotel in Prague, the most influential gathered in one day to discuss and analyse how the digital revolution, led by AI, will affect the working environment not only this year but also in the years to come, in their lecture blocks or workshops or networking outside the main programme.
