If you use Excel or Power BI for data analysis and visualization, it can be useful to connect these tools to Tabidoo, and visualize data quickly and efficiently. In this article, you will learn how to connect Excel and Power BI to Tabidoo.
Tabidoo is a modern data management and custom app creation platform that allows users to easily organize and manage their data. In addition, it does not require payment for each user of the system, which can be beneficial for companies looking for a cost-effective solution.
Excel is a spreadsheet from Microsoft that has long been seen as the flagship of the segment. Excel is excellent for analyzing and visualizing data and is considered an essential tool in IT. Its closest competitor is, for example, Google Sheets.
Power BI is a business intelligence tool from Microsoft that allows companies to create interactive visualizations and dashboards to better understand their data.
Companies often use Excel or Google Sheets to manage data, but this use is inappropriate and brings far more risks than benefits. For data management, it is much more appropriate to use systems such as Tabidoo which can secure data sharing, workflow and set access rights. Linking the two worlds, i.e. capturing and processing data in Tabidoo and analyzing and visualizing it in Excel or Power BI, can be an ideal solution.
Let’s say you are using** CRM Platinum**, an advanced business support application, in Tabidoo. So in Tabidoo you have a record of all sales. In the HTTP Request Header Parameters section (optional), type Authorization in the first field and Bearer token123 in the next field.
Click “OK” and Excel will load the data from Tabidoo into the Power Query Editor.
You can make adjustments and transformations to the data as needed. When you are done, click Close & Load.

Connecting Excel and Power BI to Tabidoo allows for more efficient data management and analysis. As a result, you can always have up-to-date data for decision making and visualization.
