A client of Adoptimal Technology – a wholesale, e-commerce and fastener store chain – was struggling with the need to digitise their processes, particularly in terms of their employee attendance records. The existing manual system was based on inconsistent forms and excel spreadsheets, resulting in time-consuming data collection and subsequent processing.

Adoptimal Technology, in collaboration with Tabidoo, proceeded to implement a new attendance system for the aforementioned company. ** An application was created to make it easier for employees to record attendance and allow for easy approval and data locking by managers and the HR department.** The system was enhanced with features to record location and detect manual edits to increase transparency and efficiency of the process.

The financial investment in the development of the application was approximately 50,000 CZK, which included both the development of the application and the connection to existing excel spreadsheets. Thanks to the thorough process analysis that Adoptimal Technology carried out prior to implementation, it was possible to quickly achieve a return on investment.
