In the beginning, there was routine work – manual invoicing, lengthy onboarding of new participants to courses and manual creation of certificates for those who pass the Naucime.ai training platform courses. However, the desire to grow and scale was not matched by the current state of affairs, so the idea of finding a solution that automates routine work, speeds up the process of onboarding new clients and gives time to devote to further developing the business came into play.

This also brought a turnaround in the entire company’s operations – one person replaced a team and the number of clients handled increased by ten times.

In addition, all data was consolidated into one place. Feedback is obtained through the AI assistant, which automatically drops into a ready-made application in Tabidoo. Emails have also been automated thanks to the connection with SmartEmailing, as well as the generation and sending of certificates or invoices.
