The company FLO Leak Locating has been on the market since 2006 and specializes in detecting major defects on flat roofs and performing leak tests on both new and renovated roofs. It operates in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and continues to expand across Europe.

By eliminating inefficient processes, it saves costs and allows people to focus on what’s really important. Together with Tabidoo, they have once again achieved the desired goal of transforming chaos into a clear, efficient system with less paperwork, more transparency and higher customer satisfaction.
There can be no growth where there is an opaque contract management system, where enquiries are entered manually and where reporting or overall analysis is lacking. With the growth of FLO logically came increasing demands on the functioning of internal processes. And so it was the turn of digitalization and the solving of several challenges.
Excel and paperwork leading to data loss and high error rates. Manual handling of enquiries, leading to no tracking of their status. Chaotic CRM bringing inadequate view of customers and their history. Thus, the opportunities missed were left untapped. And last but not least, the lack of reporting or the inability to track engineers’ performance, cost structure or profitability of projects. This is not the only thing we would find on the list of challenges.
Fortunately, as in fairy tales that deal with the domination of the enemy, a positive hero comes into play – Tabidoo. The Czech low-code platform, which not only enabled the digitization of the CRM module, but also automated the ordering process, streamlined order management thanks to a sophisticated workflow or the creation of dashboards with key metrics. And the challenges were overcome!
