When your own company's system starts to collapse, and the market is in a downturn, there's not much room for error. A Slovak travel agency experienced this first-hand. But instead of reverting to Excel, it found a solution that saves it up to 20 hours of work every day and adds the power of more than two extra people. It's called Tabidoo.

The Slovak travel agency (also a travel agency) Unterkunft suche is one of the absolute uniquenesses on the market. It specializes in providing a complete accommodation service for workers sent abroad. It rents out houses and apartments for short and long-term stays, saving clients extensive administration.
Operates in Slovakia, Belgium and Switzerland. They were the first in Slovakia to adopt the European Service Mediation Directive and often act as the first subcontractor within accommodation, which places high demands on the speed, accuracy and flexibility of the system – as well as significant seasonal fluctuations in prices, energy and revenue.
For many years, the travel agency ran on its own information system. It worked until a major version change came along: *”The Trabant was gutted and BMW was born.

Because of the constant data entry into spreadsheets, there was no time to do normal work, so they started looking for an alternative. And then came a recommendation from Comtec: “Check out Tabidoo. The Czechs are developing their own system – they do it differently. “
The recommendation was not the only reason the travel agency started implementing Tabidoo. Another reason was the speed of prototyping. Since things change quickly within the company, a system that changes even faster was required – or can. Point for Tabidoo.
The third major advantage was scripting, which allows the agency to copy fields, transfer data between modules, and define custom logic. Finally, it was the company culture. The agency owner came personally to Prague, where Tabidoo is based, to meet the team. “I needed to know that our conditions wouldn’t change overnight and that normal people were behind it,” says Adam Mikolaj, owner of Unterkunft suche.
