Adoptimal Technology Ltd. is a digital transformation services company. It helps companies optimize their processes through digitization and automation, and its know-how is the key to success for clients in a wide range of industries.

Challenges

** An e-shop specialising in the sale of luxury wooden lighting fixtures encountered complications in managing its warehouse.** The custom-made fixtures consist of several components, the availability of which had to be carefully monitored. Stock-outs of some components were frequent, which significantly delayed the production and delivery of the luminaires to customers.

Collaboration with Tabidoo

When faced with warehousing challenges, the company turned to Tabidoo for efficient assistance. The system contains three key tables: ‘Products’, which serves as a catalogue of finished luminaires and their components, ‘Components’, which keeps track of available parts and their inventory, and ‘Bindings’, which indicates which components are required to manufacture each luminaire.

By integrating the e-shop with Tabidoo using the Make platform, Make have been able to automate their stock processes, allowing stock to be automatically updated whenever a new order is placed. And if the stock of a part drops too low, the responsible member of staff is immediately notified by email.

The total cost of implementing this automation was approximately 8,000 crowns , a cost-effective solution to supply and inventory problems.
