The main activity of BEST, spol. s r.o. is the hatching of broiler chickens and the production of hatching eggs. The company operates its own breeding and rearing of parent flocks and also the ostrich farm Vendelín, which has officially approved slaughter. Due to the wide range of activities the company undertakes, it is essential that each department of the company has its own records, while also being able to share key information between departments.

Due to the diversity of BEST, the company faced a number of challenges, especially the need to effectively manage and share information between different departments . Specific requirements such as recording meat orders, invoicing and administration associated with the slaughtering process at the ostrich farm required finding a suitable program or application to simplify these processes.

BEST chose Tabidoo, which offered an efficient solution for managing and sharing information. A bespoke application was created for example for ostrich meat records, which included order management, delivery note creation, invoicing and warehouse records. This solution was subsequently extended to other areas of the business, including chicken hatching and management of production farms, which simplified record keeping and administration across the company .
