INISOFT and Tabidoo as a complement to on-premise software solutions

Introducing INISOFT s. r. o.

INISOFT s.r.o. is a Czech company with a thirty-year history. ** Its mission is to develop quality software especially for waste and environment, subsequent implementation and providing services such as training, analysis and consulting for customers mainly from the commercial sphere.** In this case study we will deal with the creation of a simple system for Reuse centers.

Challenges

The requirement described here is based on the identified needs of city and municipal authorities. Specifically, it was about creating a tool for receiving, dispensing, promoting and registering items that their owners intend to get rid of but want to prevent waste by handing them over to places that essentially serve as municipal or city bazaars. Such places are now referred to as reuse centres.

In order to effectively create an online solution to cover the above identified needs, INISOFT s.r.o. decided to use the modern cloud platform TABIDOO.

Cooperation with Tabidoo

Through the cloud low-code platform TABIDOO and the active contribution of its creators, an online application for city and municipal authorities was created, which allows easy integration into their websites. The application includes an editing form for entering items with the possibility of attaching photos and price information via QR codes, as well as a list of all records for quick search and sorting by different criteria. ** Thanks to the connection with the ENVITA information system via API, all records are automatically transferred to the special ReUse module, where it is possible to track current and sold items, create reports and documents for sales, including data export to external accounting programs.** This connection effectively covers the basic needs of municipal and city authorities for the operation of Reuse centers.

Financial result of integration with Tabidoo

The implementation of the solution Tabidoo has enabled INISOFT Ltd. to efficiently serve operational needs using the benefits of a cloud-based solution. We have tried out new capabilities and conclude that TABIDOO can be used to create similar less complex online programming tasks.
