Challenges

A logistics company serving a leading Czech brewing company was struggling with inefficient process management – from shipment planning to HR. Dispatchers had to manually assemble vehicle crews based on vehicle and staff availability, email this information to the client for route planning, and then text crews to inform them of their start times. This outdated and time-consuming process complicated the management of nearly 100 employees in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Cooperation with Tabidoo

The use of the Tabidoo platform enabled the logistics company to significantly improve its internal processes. ** Together they developed an application that included an advanced HR system for efficient employee management, a database of vehicles with detailed specifications and flexible scheduling of deliveries.** This HR system allows detailed employee records, online contract signing, attendance recording, onboarding and much more, including online absence reporting and API data access.

Additionally, all of these systems have been integrated into the BI platform, which provides the client with a detailed view of the company’s operations, including financial tools. These comprehensive solutions allowed the company to optimize and automate key operations, resulting in simplified daily tasks and better communication with clients.

Financial result of integration with Tabidoo

The development of this application was quite complex and required extensive use of custom JavaScript. However, the final cost was approximately 60,000 CZK. It is also important to emphasize that Adoptimal Technology performed a thorough process analysis on the client before starting the project. Based on this analysis, they evaluated that the investment in the project would pay off for the client within a few months.
