Affordable customer portal with CRM, automated email communication and client application in Czech – this was the brief we received from our client. And at Tabidoo we fulfilled it to the letter.

DigiApp by Adam Bárta and Štefan Prokop makes digital accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. It becomes their guide on their journey towards digital transformation and the overall efficiency that this step enables. Their priority is to maximize customer experience and minimize the associated hassles that are normally associated with running technology.

The brief from the client was clear – to create an affordable customer service solution that not only had its own CRM but also automated email communication. The application was also to be in Czech for the clients. Since the client herself helps people, specifically with their lifestyle, showing them the way to healthier eating leading to their dream weight or fitness, she needed a system that would in turn help her. it should have saved her work and time especially in terms of managing the customer portal.
If there was only one requirement to single out for the whole app, it would be affordability. Low-code however, /no-code tools, which include Tabidoo, meet this parameter and so DigiApp set about creating a cost-effective customized solution.
After the initial 30-minute free consultation, all questions were answered, which mainly related to the client’s operations and what tools she had been working with, what her goals were and so on. There was a clearly stated goal, which was to create a customer portal that would allow the client to easily communicate and collaborate with her customers. At the same time, it was to have a greater degree of automation, yet maintain confidentiality.
After researching the digital tools that exist on the market, it was concluded that traditional box systems could not meet this requirement. Therefore, the best solution in terms of price/performance ratio was sought. In the end, the choice fell on Tabidoo, which won out over the other instruments due to its price.
The result was to build an application that saved the client the main thing mentioned – time and money. The client shared the current spreadsheets she had been working in, then process mapping took place and after a few days an efficient CRM was created, which the client was soon familiar with. After that, only minor adjustments were made to the structure and scope of the information.
However, the purpose was fulfilled.

DigiApp now continues to work with the client to create an employee portal. This should be built on the chassis of the entire application that was created during the first phase of the collaboration. In the future, an automated email is also envisaged, which would allow the client to reach out to her followers on a regular basis.
