Quanti is a Czech technology company founded in 2010 in the incubator of CTU. It develops software, hardware and IT solutions that help companies grow, automate and digitalize processes. It focuses on web and mobile applications, e-commerce, AR/VR, video production and IT infrastructure management.

The internal teams at Quanti faced a growing need to digitize and automate agendas – from contract management to HR documentation to routine filing. “We didn’t want to develop everything ourselves, so we were looking for an efficient and flexible solution that would meet our specific needs,” mentions Martina Černá, the company’s marketing manager.

Quanti chose Tabidoo not only because of its technical capabilities, but also because of the personal contact with its founders. Although the final choice fell on Tabidoo, it was preceded by a comparison of alternatives and a sanity check, which confirmed that Tabidoo was the best choice for their needs.
The first module deployed was Document management system – for contract management. It keeps track of responsible parties, expiration dates, allows you to store contracts, and most importantly categorize them using custom number series (client, internal, supplier, etc.). The responsible person then always gets an automatic reminder for action. This has greatly simplified contract management and supported internal compliance rules (e.g. GDPR, ISO).
A major agenda was the digitization of HR documents: from employee cards, study certificates, residence permits. Thanks to automated notifications and connection to the LDAP system, no manual checking is needed, most requests are resolved without HR intervention. Quanti has a very similar system for the Multisport agenda – each month a summary of payments is automatically generated according to card usage, the system sends out notifications and allows to track the status of payments, including prepaid amounts.
“We also wanted to digitize the process of signing contracts – i.e. to send a specific document to a specific person and enable their immediate electronic signature. That’s why we linked Tabidoo to Digisign. Thanks to the templates in Tabidoo, personal data (name, e-mail, etc.) and the relevant document are automatically filled in and sent directly for signature. This process significantly saves time and reduces the administrative burden on the back office team,” adds Martina.
Tabidoo in Quanti does not serve as a central system, but as a flexible tool that effectively complements existing systems. It helps the company save time, increases clarity in internal processes, reduces human error (forgetting, etc.). Being developers themselves and official partners of Tabidoo, they can quickly and efficiently adapt the system to their own needs. They now offer the same support and implementation to third parties who they help Tabidoo tailor to their processes.
